where balqis writes what happened

/log add sends a log type to a channel. the all type gets every log.
/log view shows where each type goes. /log disable stops one type, /log enable turns it on again.
/log reset removes every log channel (you can undo it for 10 minutes with /log reset-undo).
tip: use private channels for the ban, kick and purge logs: they can hold deleted messages and images.
