purge, lock and lockdown

delete messages, lock channels, slowmode

/purge deletes messages: from one user, with links, invites or images, from bots, or with some words. /purge everywhere looks in every channel.
/lock channel locks one channel, /lockdown all locks many at once (/lockdown preview shows which first). /lock undo and /lockdown undo open them again.
/slowmode set and /slowmode off.
tip: deleted messages are kept as a file in the purge log.
