keep a member in one channel
/jail setup makes the jail role and the jail channel. /jail user puts a member in jail, /jail undo lets them out, /jail list shows who is in jail./jail settings changes how the jail works, /jail panel posts the panel in the jail channel.
tip: a jailed member who leaves and joins again is put back in jail.
