the first steps for a new server
balqis is a minimalist all-in-one bot: moderation, logs, tickets, a shop and role panels, in english and malay.
1. run /setup start: the setup wizard asks a few questions and saves the answers for you.
2. add log channels with /log add, so you can see what balqis did.
3. a reply can be public or private: /setup replies set for the server, or the reply option on any command.

tickets
/setup tickets makes the ticket panel: topics, questions, who answers, opening hours.
in a ticket: /ticket claim, /ticket add, /ticket close (or [close] on the ticket card). /ticket block stops someone opening tickets.
tip: members can also right-click a message and pick open ticket.
moderation
warn, timeout, kick and ban each have a user command, like /ban user. every action saves a case and dms the member first (the dm option; empty = the server default).
undo: /warn undo, /timeout undo, /ban undo.
more: /ban soft (ban and unban at once, to delete messages), /ban hard (banned again if someone unbans them), /warn punish add (an action after a number of warns).
tip: balqis refuses the server owner, itself, you, and anyone whose top role is the same as or higher than yours.
role panels and tools
/roles panel create makes a panel where members pick their own roles (buttons or a menu); /roles panel send posts it.
/roles join gives roles to new members, /roles give and /roles take give or take one role (it can end by itself), /roles everyone gives one role to everyone.
/roles create and /roles edit make roles, /roles info shows everything about a role.
tip: balqis can only give roles that are below its own top role.
shop
/setup shop sets up the shop: its first page shows what is still needed to start selling.
sellers run their store with /shop manage: products, the panel, open hours. buyers press the store panel to order, and the order opens as a ticket.
/shop spend shows what a buyer spent, /shop receipt check checks a receipt.
tip: balqis never touches money. it keeps the order, the receipt and the vouches.
